OU vs Tenn was on ABC at 7pm.
MU vs Tenn was on ESPN at 7:30 pm.
I think only half a million more isn't very good since it was on 'Free' TV.

For the season, Alabama/Missouri drew the second-highest rating on any network, trailing only Notre Dame/Florida State on ABC in October (7.9). Viewership was the third-largest of the season, trailing Notre Dame/FSU (13.3M) and the Auburn/Alabama Iron Bowl on ESPN (13.5M).
This was before any bowl games of course.

It's probably like YOU don't care about the Director's Cup as Mizzou Athletics overall is not strong enough to be a blip on the radar nationally. But, to humor you, let's take the scoring from the major sports (Football, Basketball, Baseball, Track, Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Softball and Track) and see where the vaunted MU Athletic Dept. stands among the Power 5 Conferences.
MU's Score = 149.5
SEC - 12th
Big 12 - 8th
ACC - 11th
PAC 12 - 9th

Looks like if we only include the major sports, Mizzou falls even lower. Those "niche" sports were helping prop up Mizzou's ranking. Glad no one cares about them. If you don't consider track as a major sport, here is the same except without men's and women's track.
