What was the best trick play you have ever seen?

A team against us did a trick play out of single wing where they did the spin series and while the back has his back to the goal line he two-hand backwards tossed it over his head to a TE in the end zone. They did on a two-point play. We felt very embarrassed, you can see it on YouTube greatest hs football trick plays.

These are the two that IMMEDIATELY come to mind. Stedman Bailey fake punt return and Kurt Warner fake timeout. It just confirms, Martz was just an absolute perfect fit for that group. Dude was just an absolute mad scientist. Remember, as an OC he actually made Jon Kitna and Jay Cutler look like NFL QBs.

That single wing play is called the flap jack pass. You throw it like a pancake. The Larry Bunn fumble rooskie.

the one that comes to mind is Mizzou receiver Bud Sasser TD pass against Georgia in 2013. it was the go ahead TD and the win against georgia put them in the Sec championship game that year

Winning streak wasn't even thought of at this point, this was 2013. Winning streak was started after losing to CJ in 2014 on a blocked field goal.
But speaking of timely plays the play at Lamars first state championship late in the game of a third or fourth down. The play was some sort of delay to a kid in as full back or TE. Everyone was faked out . Thought the ball was with either the RB or QB going left. Meanwhile the player that rarely touched the ball went left for a first down. I just butchered this story. If anyone was there they could tell it better than me.

Zach Yokely ( had a huge game as a defensive end that game ) ran the ball, I think that was actually Temple Hideaway - Quarterback and the wings faked sweep and ball was snuck to Yoke, who waited for the smoke to clear and ran the ball up the middle ( I think even maybe for a touchdown)

Lamar also ran hitch and pitch for a touchdown before half in 2014 in the dome as well.

Lamar also ran hitch and pitch for a touchdown before half in 2014 in the dome as well, think it was during # 4. In 2016 against Trinity in Springfield ran a form of a reverse double pass ( I could be wrong on the specifics) for a touchdown or two point conversion.

Best one I was personally involved in came out of Bobby Bowden's FSU playbook.
First game after districts, playing a team with speed to spare, aggressive and averaging 1.75 punt blocks per game. We have a 6' 5" punter who could kick the crap out of the ball but you needed an hourglass instead of stopwatch to time his hand to foot time. HC is thinking this is a bad combination for us and need something to slow down the punt rush so he puts in the direct snap to the personal protector. They stone us at the 20 on first possession. On snap 6' 5" punter jumps and stretches portraying snap over his head and then turns and chases the phantom football all the way to the end line with nine defenders in hot pursuit also chasing the phantom football. One defender remained at line of scrimmage and PP was tackled at the 5 yard line by the return man. They were shell-shocked and played punt safe and tentative on defense the rest of the game and never led as the one TD lead held up. We got beat the next week by a team that I do not think could have beaten our first round opponent. But that's what makes football such a great game.

Are you sure? I’m not as it was 2011. I sure thought he ran for a first down and then someone else scored. I couldn’t find the box score online but the Globe article did not mention the play or Yokley scoring. It did mention a long drive late in the 3rd with a Beshore TD.
BUT I can only account for 6 of Lamars 7 TDs so I may be wrong.
