best matchups this week

Great thread with some exciting info posted. Hayti/Thayer and Skyline/Windsor would be so much fun to watch. Mid-Buch as some have mentioned here are battle-tested w/ 2 semifinal games in back-to-back years. They also easily bested Princeton in the 1st game of the year at Princeton. Princeton's gone on to have a good year but, I think the teams on the other side of the bracket like mentioned here are probably tougher than what they've faced so far. I am pretty ignorant of what Adrian and Marceline bring to the table so I can't discount them either.
Down as it was this weird year the KCI is still a very strong league that preps Mid Buch very well for the postseason. I all but expect the Dragons to move forward to the title game if not win it all.

Where and when have you seen Windsor play?
Are you just trying to figure out where I’m from mowestdad? Lol, not gonna admit to anything but I just so happened to watch Cabool all year. They’re a good proxy for comparison of several good teams that are left imo.

Class 4 District 5 Carl Junction (6-5) at West Plains (9-1).

Finally, Webb City (20 straight district titles) moved up to Class 5, removing that hurdle that has blocked these two teams from any hopes of postseason glory for a long time.

Thus, I think this will be an epic battle and a close affair.

West Plains is the Ozarks Conference champs and had an undefeated run going until a small stumble against Bolivar in week 9.

Carl Junction lost to COC champ Carthage 21-20, had another 21-20 loss to Branson, and fell to Webb City 28-14, in addition to their losses to Class 6 teams Joplin and Nixa.
Even though I'm not a giant Buck fan, I do hope my friends over in CJ tear it up and get to enjoy some post season glory. As a Carthage fan I feel their pain of fielding some really good teams over the past several years and having literally nothing to to show for it because Webb City is 4 miles away.

Class 6 Liberty North at Liberty: MY MO game of the week. Here at Kearney Jones' teams were always much more dangerous when coming from off the pace (2009 was a two loss reg season team 2015 a one loss team). They are even more dangerous when getting a second crack at a regular season loss. Add to that the fact North lost their opener at Bentonville AR and were behind the 8-ball going to Liberty who had whipped Blue Springs the prior Friday.

Pius-Higg is inter-regional and very hard to figure. Regardless what a turnaround at the 29-35 split!

I expect Helias to zoom past Warrensburg by 3-4 TDs.

Webb is going to unseat Carthage Friday. The big league SR RB will make sure of that.

I’ll take Higginsville over Pius. I wasn’t overly impressed with their pass defense but I think it will be good enough combined with them eating the clock up on offense to outlast Pius.

I expect Helias to beat Warrensburg but I think it may be closer than a lot of people think. I’d say Helias by 7-14 points

Got family in Higginsville who will be all good with that! Games like that are soooo hard to figure. The MRVC East is well repped in C2 and C3. That Richmond-Maryville game is another to keep an eye peeled to.

No I am not trying figure out where you are from, just wondered where you saw them play.

Hat, the KCI was brutally bad this year, just bad bad football. MB head and shoulders above all others for sure. I think they cruise for a few more weeks for sure.
