Other than Republic vs. Carthage which seems to be an obvious one to me, what are some of the matchups you guys are looking forward to. I don't know much about class 6 so I'm sure there's something there.

I don't know if it's the best matchup but I am looking forward to Monett and Lamar, Monett has improved each week as they get better at the new offense and defense. While Lamar has a few loses you cannot count them out or down they still have a good coaching staff and some really good players. Hoping it will be a good game.
I'd take Lamar by at least a couple scores. I know Lamar is not the same that they have been, but It seems like an Angry kind of get right game for the Barton County Tigers.
Nevada at Cassville should be a good one.

You're darn right I am invested in real estate! But I do NOT own a buffet. Ive said this before but it seems everyone has forgotten. I own several duplexes and apartments in Walnut Heights. I charge those rich pricks so much in rent, it almost doubles my pension from American Pipe & Steel!

Well they were known for openly recruiting players from other schools at SPS, hence the whole Mabins situation.
They use their QB camps to try to recruit kids from other districts and have been told by multiple sources that they already started doing that this past summer in the Big 8.
From a pure coaching standpoint, they’re great, from a recruiting standpoint, oh wait, this is HS football, shouldn’t be a thing.
There’s a reason none of the coaches in the OC or the Springfield area liked them, and there’s a reason the Mauks were given I believe 3 or 4 different warnings by SPS in regards to openly asking athletes to leave their schools and transfer to Glendale. It was an ongoing issue at SPS and there were formal complaints being made every year.
I like Monett, but can’t respect the Mauks. Develop the talent you’ve got in your program.
I was posting on a HS football forum in Ohio years ago when the Mauks came to Missouri for the first time, and I wondered why most of the posters on there weren’t fans of the Mike Mauk, now, however many years later, I get it.
when they did that multiple lateral try for 2 against some team they were pulverizing back a few years ago they lost me.
