Jumping the gun and making assumptions are not the same thing as lying.
These people got it wrong, and need to correct their error.
They are not still telling the same lie over and over.
They took an educated guess as to who did the shooting and got it wrong.

They weren't lying. When they were proven wrong, and continued to throw it out there then yes they were lying.
Dominion changing votes, Hugo Chavez and whatever else crazy, was proven false, but they continued to push that and that made it a lie.

When your defense in court is "no reasonable person would believe it." Then you are lying. Tucker, Sidney have already used that defense in court, look for Lin Wood, and the Trumps to use it too.
Not only that, but it also reveals what you think about the people you are peddling your theories to. Sadly enough, most likely won't notice the subtext.
I think that is why the conservative news channels are not covering these trials, because all of thier pundits fell for it hook line and sinker.
His breakdown a while back probably hurts his chances a bit. I liked him a lot, but post-breakdown he sure seemed to buy into the binary view. It seemed calculated, but odd. Was enough for me to unfollow on Twitter.
Yes, I agree. I wasn't thinking of a political position, but more of a director of something in Veterans' affairs, not necessarily cabinet or anything high. I just think he has done a lot of great things for the veteran community.
