I remember Webbies all stating that he was not that good so they know more than me let him go somewhere else.

Thats a fact:)

Chiefs need to take the best offensive lineman available regardless of position. They are like gold.

Let's see if he's available but bleacher report projects the Chiefs will take Iowa OT Brandon Scherff and YES they need an O Lineman in the first round if at all possible.

The Chiefs have 10 picks this time. 5 WRs and 5 OL... Time for "Air Coryell."

Round 1: No. 18 overall OL
Round 2: (17) No. 49 overall WR
Round 3: (16) No. 80 overall WR
Round 3: (34) No. 98 overall OL
Round 4: (19) No. 118 overall OL
Round 5: (36) No. 172 overall WR
Round 5: (37) No. 173 overall (Compensatory)WR
Round 6: (17) No. 193 overall OL
Round 6: (42) No. 217 overall (Compensatory) OL
Round 7: (16) No. 233 overall WR

Seriously, they could have had a chimp randomly picking from the pool of available players on the board and done better than they have in the past 15 years.

What are you a Raiders fan? The CHIEFS have had some flops like Fisher but Oline is supposed to be the most sure picks in the draft. Fisher was listed at #1 or 2 at OL on everyones board, hard to blame them for him. Injuries and illness have also killed their picks but 15 years LMAO come on. Lets go back 10 years:

2005 DERRICK JOHNSON Dustin Colquitt
2006 TAMBA HALI Bernard Pollard
2007 Dwayne Bowe CHIEFS records for yards per game and second to Gonzo for receptions per game.
2008 Albert BRANDON FLOWERS JAMAAL CHARLES Carr
2009 Jackson Succup
2010 BERRY McCLUSTER Arenas
2011 JUSTIN HOUSTON

I still think for the right money Bowe would be a damn good reciever. Remember his high money came from them not signing him and putting the franchise tag on him. If they would have originally signed him long term he would still be a CHIEF. Kinda what they are doing with Houston. Although hes not a Derrick Thomas by any means the dude is BA and of course disrespect him by throwing a franchise tag on him this year and watch him walk away next year. The CHIEFS draft a couple good players every year but its crazy how many like Moeaki have gotten hurt and failed to reach their potentials.

I don't see how Fisher is a bust just yet. He has had some injury filled seasons and offseason surgery. I think with a healthy, full offseason he will have some on field results. Give him some time.

In my opinion this is THE year for Eric Fisher to prove he isn't a bust. Injuries are a reality at any level of this sport BUT being injured constantly (prone) is a big issue.

Again I will hold judgement on him until 2015 unfolds............my REAL concern on the O Line is replacing Rodney Hudson.

And 2008 was one of the top classes in 10 years.

008 Kansas City Chiefs The best
draft class since 2005 began at the top, with President Carl Peterson
and Head Coach Herm Edwards calling the shots. In the first 35 picks,
the Chiefs had selected LSU DL Glenn Dorsey, Virginia OT Branden Albert,
and Virginia Tech CB Brandon Flowers. That would have been a great
foundation on which a perennial playoff contender could have built. It
was then, in the third round, that the Chiefs drafted the best player in
this draft class, if not the entire 2008 draft: RB Jamaal Charles.
Jamaal Charles won the NFL rushing title in 2010, leading the Chiefs to
the playoffs. By the way, in the fifth and sixth round of this draft,
the Chiefs drafted (respectively) a second CB, Brandon Carr, who is
arguably with Flowers amongst the top 15 CBs in football today, and the
current starting RT of the Kansas City Chiefs, Barry Richardson. The
strength and depth of those six players makes the Chiefs' 2008 NFL Draft
class the strongest class since the year 2005.

I agree with that draft analysis except for Glenn Dorsey. While I wouldn't call him a bust, he didn't live up to the expectations and didn't have any on the field results. The rest of that draft class was amazing and definitely would have been the foundation to build a perennial playoff team with.
