Putting food processors in charge of meat inspection is the most insane idea I have ever heard. Between disassembling the EPA and this, he is trying to kill us.

They are moving FDA inspectors and vets out of the plant to inspect incoming live animals for sickness and diseases transferable to humans . Plant employees will be taking over grading and inspections of the carcass inside the plant . I don’t really think we need a federal employee determining if my steak is “USDA Prime,,,or USDA Choice

If i'm selling meat, I want to insure people aren't getting sick eating it! I don't need the government to do that.
