It hasn't passed yet but Manchin thinks she will join him because it has some stuff she wants.

Well I guess it did finally pass after the Pubs somehow managed to get the $35 cap on insulin cut out of it.
The Senate has the goofiest rules I've ever heard of in politics. Why on earth do they allow people to throw out endless amendments and hours and hours of debate just to slow the process when they know the final put outcome?

Human Insulin cost no more than $6 bucks to produce so opposing a cap is.....bull$^&*!!! I wish they would publish the names of those who opposed the $35 dollar cap... and maybe they do? I would just like to see thier connection to the big Pharma companies!!
