I believe Cap City has a player that will miss either the first half or the full game from an ejection in the last game of their season.

When/If he gets his first start at Mizzou, we should all go and support him by wearing fake Burkes jerseys.
It was the name of the kid whose Jersey was worn that day. However, the real Burks went on to be even bigger....
Nope. They used the Burkes name and jersey to play a suspended player.
Many of us have been rooting for the real Marvin Burkes ever since. Coaches didn’t do right by the poor freshman.
One of the two players kicked out of the championship game last year was a junior who will be required to sit out his first game this year. The other player was a senior.
Anybody remember the name of the actual kid who played? Funny how we all remember Marvin but I don't recall the actual player who played

Absolutely off the rails with unsportsmen like shenanigans. Coaches included.
Kirkwood was hosting and tossed them. Told them to leave.

They all need to sit down and watch these two National games and compare notes.
They were not tossed. The Kirkwood coach and Ritter coach have a great relationship. They
left because the work was done Secondly, Republic had a player ejected, add

Supposedly the junior qb for St. Pius X was kicked out their last game...don't know name but he was a transfer from Crystal City..
Did every private school in the state games have a player called for Unsportsmanlike Conduct ? Did those players come back into the game?
Can confirm this was the case last year. I was at the game it happened at. He technically shouldn't be able to play week 1 correct?
Well.......I guess so, unless they give him a new name and new number....everyone knows that MSHSAA has all these rules but doesn't enforce 80% of them.
Coaches don't have to sit out the first game if ejected; Nixa had a player and head coach ejected back in 2019 in a district loss to Carthage. The player was suspended for the next game in 2020, but the coach resigned and was able to coach the season opener at a different MSHSAA school.
