Alyssa Allison ended her storied high school career by doing what she did as a freshman, she won the 800. The 800 was the first race she ever won and the 800 was the last race she ever won as a high school trackster.
This was Allison's 3rd individual championship in the 800 meter race winning also as a Sophomore. Last year she finished 3rd. One of those competitior's who beat her las year was McCluer South Berkeley's Kianna Ruff.
Not this year as Allison bested Ruff with a time of 2:13.93 to Ruff's second place finish of 2:14.56.
Finishing 3rd was Winfield's Bethany Reller.
