Sherwood had a nice team this year and Adrian wiped them out last round. You have to do some common opponent trailing to score compare which, in and of itself may not be advisable, seems to indicate this could be a good game.

I really don't know what to think. I remember reading before the season that Butler was the favorite in Class 1 and did not expect Adrian to win that district. I would agree, Marionville is not a lock on this one.

Sherwood had nice season for them, 5 wins doesn't happen there often. 3 of their wins were against 1 win teams. Win over 8 win Russellville was really only impressive W. Kind of hard to gauge much using
Sherwood.

I suspected this was coming didn't trust Marionville's schedule. CONGRATS big time to Adrian!

Adrian short kicked the kickoff and the ball end up in a pile. The Marionville came out of the pile and handed it to official but they gave the ball to Adrian. It was 14-8 at this point. Marionville coach went ballistic and got 15 yard penalty that put Adrian down around the 10. They punched it In. Marionville got another unsportsmanlike penalty and having short field kicked an onside kick and got it as well. Marionville completely imploded. They had actually dominated most the game. Marionville just couldn't punch it in when they got inside the 10. Southwest conference was bad this year so Marionville had easy schedule. Wasn't impressed with Adrian either. They got whipped up front. Imagine Monroe City will whip them next week. Class 1 just doesn't look very good this year.
I would say Monroe, Gallatin, and E B, are very salty. Adrian and Lincoln are good teams, both had alot of injuries during the year.
Once the Marionville coach lost his mind, his team followed. Adrian also won the turnover battle and the special teams play. Adrian's line must improve to beat Monroe City.

EB was one of the best class 1 teams ive ever seen and I've seen a plenty including some near and dear to you.
Always fun to go back to prior years/games. Marionville, as it turned out, returned and got their title last December.
