The state says with an enrollment of 150 or less, you can play 8-man. So they’re eligible. Besides out of the two teams playing in Archie, only Lockwood should be ashamed of themselves for playing 8-man because they committed to 11-man when they joined the 11-man SWC around 5 years ago. Archie’s whole conference went 8-man. And the being scared so Adrian is moot as of now because they’re no longer in the same league. If Archie decided to go up and make an independent 11-man schedule, would Adrian even agree to play them? Would they be invited to the Ozark Highlands Conference? Just curious on that.
You should blame Ballard. They have 12 more students than last year at a whopping 29. Wonder how many of them play football🤣😂

Not that it matters but I know for a fact there used to be schools barely over 100 kids 9-12 and somehow they made it work and played 11 man.
There are currently TWO dedicated threads to 8 man football. Where is Bosko and Kane when you need em!?
If you got enough boys you can make it work, but that number could change quickly. Main thing is that are playing football.
