Those are the 3 largest social programs and it’s GAO that grouped them together in their investigation. While it may be “only” 1% of the total budget. 60 billion is nothing to balk at.

I went to local Social Security office a few weeks ago with a simple question. First thing in an armed guard stops me and demands to know what Zi am there for,,,,so he had me take a number (15 people already there) and after a half hour of absolutely nobody being helped and all but two employees were standing around bulldhitting I decided Zi didn’t have all day and left

They need to fire every local and regional manager and bring in people outside of government to run these offices

So randomly cutting more staff without considering merit, skills or demand at each location will fix it?

Restructure it. Reorganize it. But don’t just randomly cut staff without specific plans.
