Not necessary! Just poach the public schools for players to fill you needs ha ha!
That's a good question. I assume they'll probably look at Jackson's youth program to get a very early look.
Cape Girardeau, Scott City, Perryville. These are other schools in the area besides Jackson.

Surprised it hasn't came up yet, but more important that feeder system, hiring coaches, or getting facilities in place, the real question is do they have a proper booster club program? Wonder if there is anyone on here who could be hired to provide the guidance to get them off on the right foot?
