I would imagine many HCs at the 'new poor' schools are gonna look to do this.

Have to think some of these older guys are thinking this isn't worth it. Could see the veteran guys thinking re-recruiting your own players every season, recruiting new players and dealing w the parents and handlers asking for not only the player's money but a little something for themselves, worrying who is contacting your players and who will leave you that you didn't expect to, players who are making as much money as their position coach, etc. taking a lot of the luster out of the job.
