I'd say rural area's are against it so their elected officials are Pro Life and Urban and Suburban Voters are Pro Choice. If answering a poll I'd be one of the 28% of Rep. that would be ok with it being legal...but I dang well am not going to fight or put any effort into keeping it legal.
