We indict Jared, Junior, Stone, and their helpers. Trump stays as president and we put up with him for the next two years. But as soon as he loses in 2020 and leaves office, we prosecute his arse for all his felonies.

Rand Paul just kind of shrugged the whole thing off wondering what they thought was actually a crime here. I don't know what Trump has or hasn't done but his lawyer is going to prison for illegal campaign contributions that he says he was told to do by Trump. You say it was not illegal but the prosecutors and a federal judge say otherwise and the money used to pay back Cohen for the deal with Stromy came from the Trump coporation. The Southern District of NY prosecutors, NOT Mueller, say Trump was knowingly involved and presented this to the judge. Judge Napolitano, a regular on Fox News, and not a liberal by any stretch, said today that Trump has committed a felony. He said by law the prosecutors cannot present such evidence to the judge unless they have evidence and intend to do something with it. If you think these folks are depending solely on the testimony of Cohen you just ain't been payin attention.
Oh btw, Trumps financial guru, Wieselberg who has been with the organization since daddy Trump was running it has immunity, not a plea deal, along with the head guy at the National Inquirer that bought the rights to McDougal's story about her affair with Trump and never published it has said he did it to help the Trump campaign, not the Trump corporation, the campaign! Wieselberg said the only other people that can sign checks for the Trump organization are Trump's adult children, so far they have not received immunity as far as I know.
I'm trying to figure out why the standard for impeachment says "high crimes and misdemeanors." Isn't a misdemeanor by definition something that is NOT a serious crime? Why is that even considered in an impeachment proceeding? I have no idea why dems in the new house would entertain the idea of impeachment knowing they couldn't get a conviction in the senate with what we know at this time. He's going to prison for the other charges.
They could be illegal if the circumstances were right but, do you think TV personalities regularly buy silence? Big business types? Unless they can show this only happened for political reasons and was paid for by someone else with that intent, it's not a campaign finance issue.
