yep

Pelosi is not following Article I. Her argument is beyond ridiculous. The House is partisan. The Senate is partisan.
She is stalling until a new jury can be elected. I will not throw my pearls to swine to explain this any further, it's too dumb a situation.
If you've acknowledged SADD BUTT exists you've already wasted your time.

House = Presumed Guilty
Senate= Presumed Innocent until proven guilty
Sopenas= Judges get a judicial review.
It's not this hard even for dummies.
The leaders of the senate aren't even trying to play impartial, so I'd say they're not claiming innocent until proven guilty.

Do you think the Senate should dismiss Pelosi's refusal to send the articles as a stunt? More to see here than we know.

If the House had pretended to be impartial the Senate wouldn't have anything to consider.
You just keep on screaming the pub's line. The trial is in the senate, why is that so hard for you to get? That is where the president gets to have lawyers there to cross examine witnesses and have his own witnesses, which McConnell done't want to do!

I never mentioned lawyers, trials, or process.
Impartiality would have dismissed the possibility of indicting and sending to trial.
