They say they hope he can be back by the playoffs , all these injuries really sucks
Gotta think this is the nail in the coffin. Sheesh. What a run of bad luck with injuries to position players. Immediately people probably think of the difference between he and Cruz with the bat, but Yadi's ability to manage the game behind the plate will be sorely missed...I'd be willing to bet he, Holliday, nor Grichuck see any significant time the rest of the year. Bummer deal. They say they hope he can be back by the playoffs , all these injuries really sucks
Yadi is no doubt valuable behind the plate but I have been very dreadful of him coming to bat with a runner on 1st base all year. He has been a DP machine and and not driving the ball at all this year. He has taken them out of a LOT of possible big innings this year.Gotta think this is the nail in the coffin. Sheesh. I swear I have aged 10 years watching this team this year. 94 wins Go Birds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I don't disagree, but he's a great deal better than Cruz...which is what really matters when Cruz replaces him.Yadi is no doubt valuable behind the plate but I have been very dreadful of him coming to bat with a runner on 1st base all year. Ain't that the truth. What a fun ride it has been so far.I swear I have aged 10 years watching this team this year. 94 wins Go Birds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
