Wow. Whats With All The Hand Checking

Seems like its getting worse and worse with the refs not calling it. As fast as these kids are getting, they really don't need to help the defender out any more than they should. Whats really bad is when I see a player guarding a kid, and lets say their right hand in on the dribblers hip. The dribbler takes of the the defenders left, and the defender comes totally through across the players body with the right arm whereas even his shoulder getting in front of the dribbler, obviously impeding the dribblers freedom of movement. Mind as well keep doing it though until they call it. I do have a question though. Do you ever see a foul called on the dribbler if he takes his off hand to swipe the players hand away that is resting on the dribbler hip?
