Did you see the same call made in the nfl the week after that game ? Think it was the Chiefs game maybe ? The receiving team player was out of bounds and came in to get the ball but a foot was out and they spotted the ball at the 35 ! REALLY !

Tonight on MNF they called a penalty for pulling a RB's hair. The big long ponytails should be legal to grab.
