In a civil case it will be up to Bidens lawyers to provide proof that Rittenhouse was actually a White Supremacist (whatever that is) He wont have to prove that he isnt
The entire purpose of a defamation of character lawsuit is to prove that the statement in question caused damage to the victim. The claimant in a defamation case must prove that the false statement damaged their reputation.

Judge would not allow any of that stuff into the trial because Kyle and his mom had went to a bar/grill and those guys were there. They didn't know or had met any of them before and didn't know who they were
