How many turnovers nixa have in that game? Be curious to know what willards pressure did to them. Theres a few teams out there that really bring the pressure (willard, Skyline) to name couple that flat out guard and pressure ya. That pressure does crazy things! Willards a good team
28 turnovers for Nixa but Willard had 27. Nixa's press is every bit as effective in most games as Skyline's or Willard's.
Difference was shooting. Nixa shot 28% and Willard shot 41%.
It was the older Conway girl's worst game of the year by far, she missed some layups and had a few turnovers. Felt bad for her... but she has been so consistent all season long and will bounce back.

Well said Razzy. Very sloppy from a turnover perspective. Combine the poor shooting with the high number of turnovers, it would be tough to beat anyone with those numbers. It will be interesting to see how Nixa responds the rest of the way in conference, and if Willard can keep the momentum going within the conference.
Deffensive pressure cause that shooting or???? They just cant hit shot when open? Nixa pressure might nit have been as good if willard shot 41 persent
It was a combination of things. Nixa generally always plays man to man D. Willard did too. Both teams have similar personnel and play a similar style. Willard made shots this game, and Nixa didn’t. Sometimes that’s just what it comes down to
