Will Garcia ever stay healthy long enough

to be trade bait? I can't imagine the Cardinals keeping him around much longer when he continues to be less than honest with them about his health. Had he told them about what he was feeling while pitching in his last start they could have at least put in a pinch runner for him when he got on base, if not pull him from the game earlier, and he may not be on the DL again.

No, he can't...But I also don't think there's any way they'd consider it at the moment. Too many injuries to think about moving a productive arm. If he's healthy they need him in the rotation. If not, he has no value.
