Mizzou squeaked by middle Tennessee(1-4) who goes on to lose to Colorado state and then get thrashed by western Kentucky.

Now we have Vanderbilt(2-3). Will Drink step up and jump all over Vandy like Kentucky did last week. 21-0 in the first qtr??

Or lay an egg vs an inferior opponent.
It’s a trap game, but it was for Kentucky also. Blow them off the field, Mizzou.

This. And I'd say by most measurables, Mizzou is better than UK. They're very comparable though. And UK needed a fast start to sort of hang on. It was reasonably competitive after the 1st quarter, granted that changes the tenor of the remaining three quarters. I know this, as a Cats fan I wouldn't have wanted to see 7-7 at the end of the 1st. Stoops laid a home egg against those guys last year with what was a better team than he's got this year.
