in whether not the question "are you citizen" should be on the census form? Appears to me he still hasn't figured out his job is to work for the 'people' of the U.S. NOT the president. Is there some crime there the DOJ should be investigating about the census or what is his stake in this?

By figuring out who the ACTUAL citizens are, isnt he doing EXACTLY what his job is, working for the people OF THE UNITED STATES. Not illegal Mexicans or Central Americans.
The census is to find out how many 'people' live here, not how many citizens live here. Congressional districts/our representation is decided by the census and federal money/tax money is allocated to the states according to the numbers. Why wouldn't we want to know how many 'people' actually live here? They claim to know the number of illegals living here so they can do the math from there without affecting the actual count of those that live here. If they put that question on the census form you know many will not even fill it out. BTW you don know there is a LOT of non citizens here that came legally but have over stayed their visas, they too won't fill it out. If that happens a lot of the federal tax money you guys bitch about will NOT be sent back to the states like it should.

You do know there are a LOT of people here that are NOT citizens but are here legally right? The reason Trump and the pubs want to knock down the head count of people of color is so the pubs can win more elections. If they can scare them out of responding to the census they have accomplished their goal. Btw that money doesn't just go to the illegals, it goes to to states to help finance ALL the things a state does. You guys claim federal taxes are unjust but we sure as hell wouldn't be around long without it. If you want that money to come back to your state you need an accurate head of of ALL the people in your state.

This has NOTHING to do with illegal immigration, it has to do with scaring people out of being counted. How many people are in this country LEGALLY but are NOT citizens? In the millions for sure. You still can't tell what the AG has any part in this. It was embarrassing to see him and others congratulating Trump for finding a way to get the answers he wants about citizens, if that's what he has actually done. Th AG should NOT be on the podium with Trump for political purposes, he should be no where near this crap.
The thing is, there is ZERO reason for any legal resident to worry about this! The libs are trying hard to sow fear on this but Trump is trying to establish what the facts are.....libs are scared to death of those true assessments.
I didn't know you asked me a question. I'm fine with the raids that are are supposed to take place this weekend to deport those who have already been notified and didn't show up but I'm pretty sure Trump telling the world about it doesn't help round up the most people you could have gotten. Who stays home when they know they're coming? I don't know what they're going to do with the thousands they're picking up since there is already an issue with housing for immigrants coming in, where will they put all these people until they actually get deported?
