Why doesn't Valle stream video on their prepcast?

Lots of stl schools use YouTube, I personally like YouTube better as it interfaces with my tv better…

Someone correct me if I wrong, I think you pay a fee to youtube to reserve a time to livestream, and schools are either at a very reduced fee or free. A private entity like prepcasts has to pay a fee. Something like that....
