Look at all of the states delaying their primaries out. We can't delay a general election in the same manner. We should be thinking about how to make elections work in a situation where we are under a stay home order. There's no guarantee that there won't be parts or all of the country under such an order in November. This is basic planning and a good idea for state governments to be working on. We have 7 months to work on it. If we don't think about it until October 1, it may be too late.
