Why do business owners board up their store windows, and spray paint BLM or George Floyd?

They're attempting to avoid their store windows being broken.

In other words, don't break my windows if I am your race.

Break the other guy's window instead. Putting up racial disclaimers is an incredible act and is deeply immoral.

If this were not a racially driven riot, and mostly peaceful, then the sign would not be needed. Why are race-based signs put up by business owners if this is not about race?

Why is the attempt by retailers and corporations to buy off the mob by putting out disclaimers and support significant? (Target, Nordstrom and Best Buy)

Once you declare America systemically racist. Once you've gone to the extent to say Target and Best Buy are extensions of American Hierarchy built on slavery and Jim Crow, there's' only one way for corporations to get off easy and that is by issuing a mea culpa.

Look at the Nordstrom web site. It basically reads we can replace stores and merchandise but please don't break our windows we're on your side. It's sickening.

Have any of the corporations come out in suggesting America make changes in policy like "qualified immunity"?

Do any of the corporations come out and suggest we want to end police brutality and therefor Police Unions need to go?

Do any of the corporations come out and suggest we have too little policing in high crime areas?

Investors find it difficult to go to those communities for the same reason we are seeing rioting on TV.

But none of the corporations are going to say any of these things, because that's actual content.

Instead, they will virtue signal with slogans hoping they will be left alone. That's what is going on here. Buy into the lie that America is racist, kneel with protestors, and then maybe we can all get along.

But then honestly that's not how this going to go. Reality meets the idiot Democrat-run cities as the city burns. LOL

None of these moron Democrat-run cities should be anywhere near government power.

My concern is that many police dept/officers in those area's will use police discretion and just vacate the area's that need police the most. In 2005 the Supreme court ruled that the Police are under no constitutional duty to respond and protect even if a person has a court order, or even if it's related to Domestic violence. Why would cops invest time and effort in protecting and serving those who voice hate and violence that is targeted toward them
