Why aren't the Democrats taking CV19 seriously?

Look at the evidence. IT'S IN THE DEM BILL. They're not serious.
The media is desperately downplaying any possibility that we can solve or manage this problem and want to prolong the shutdown. Twitter has not censored China sabre rattling bots. There's many more examples.

Personally I'm taking this seriously, just not in the way our idiot Democrat leaders are taking this seriously.

Gallup approval +4, Coronavirus approval 60%. +22.

Meanwhile your boy is licking his hands on camera before he fails to read a teleprompter.

Trumps says some head scratching things but he is out leading. Not hiding in a Delaware basement.
He is out leading a lot of people in the WRONG direction. Many of followers believe everything he says is the absolute Gospel and everything from the any news outlet not named FOX is gibberish.

Well when the Washington Post changes their headline on a article 3 different times or when CNN goes out and suggests that Trump wants people to die or when they called the virus the “Chinese Virus” and “Wuhan Virus” but then crucify him for calling it that. Or when Axios posts a hit piece without all the info:

I think you can see why the Gallup poll continues to rise.

Pelosi said her Bill only relates to CV19.
I don't keep track of Nancy, but as I said, they all go crazy when trying to pass a bill for one thing and adding a bunch of money for some thing else. This needs to be about NOTHING but putting money in the hands of those people and businesses that will need it badly.

Dude. You aren't even in the ball park. Not close. Not even a little close to what's unfolded here in 3 days

No it has to have millions for the Kennedy Center for the arts, same day voter registration and new emission standards for the airlines. That is going to help people out of work due to the shutdown. Get with the program.

Agreed, now we'll apply the same thing to everything come up for vote, and those that McConnell or Pelosi won't allow it to have a vote. I'm sure there was none of this kind of thing in '08.

I don't remember there being any problems passing the 08 TARP. I opposed it and told Blunts office i'd never vote for him again if he voted for it. It flew through and I haven't voted for Blunt since.
It seems to be REAL easy to name the Dem pork attempts here. Name the Pub pork attempts since everyone does it......right.

It passed but you can bet there was plenty of pork in it, they just didn't fight over it.
In this one the pubs were holding out for keeping restrictions on corporations being able to do anything they wanted like they did in '08. They pretty much had everything worked today until Lindsey Graham and couple of other decided it gave too much money to the unemployed and was an incentive for companies to lay them off because they would still be ok and that workers wouldn't really wouldn't want to go back to work while receiving all that money. Don't know if they have resolved issue yet or not. I do know these same folks voted FOR the massive tax cuts for the very wealthy not so long ago.

didn't tarp fail a vote? Too lazy to look but I remember something failing and the market tanking.

May have but I certainly don't remember it. McCain and Obama were both pushing it so I doubt it.
