They picked up AJP and played him a lot when Yadi was hurt. Do they go back to him now or stick with the Cruzer? Can the Boston connection get a big win at SF?
I have a feeling it will be Cruz...which I think is a mistake. I don't think either are good enough defensively for it to make a difference, so might as well play the dude with the better bat. AJ gets my vote.Originally posted by oldroundballer:

Gun to my head they don't replace him because they can't put him on the WS roster if they take him off now.Originally posted by Cards1968:
Who do they replace Yadi with on the roster? Bat or more bullpen help?
Freeman...there really isn't a worthy bat not on the roster.Originally posted by Cards1968:

Agree. Will be interesting to see if they pull the trigger.Originally posted by Eagles_Ball:

They should. Not like people heal up from oblique strains in a week or two. Next man up. Dude like Yadi, if it weren't pretty severe, he wouldn't have come out last night. But I see them waiting. It's what they do. Not like there's a great history of medical diagnosis with this organization.Originally posted by Cards1968:
