Who are the Patriots and Blue Knights?

I've seen these teams mentioned several times in box scores, but they don't seem to have a high school identity. Who are they?

These are home school teams. You won’t find a school for them. I don’t know much about the Patriots basketball team, but their baseball team is very good. The Blue Knights gave St. Charles a pretty good run tonight in the Washington Tournament, but ultimately came up short.
