Actually, they lost 14 - 13. A bunch of players left the field before the clock expired, didn't shake hands, and got verbally abusive towards the coaches afterwards
You would be correct. It would actually make for a great documentary! Although, it might seem like a rip off of Mox's doc. You have a head coach, who cant control his team, loses the big game, players yelling at coaches, fighting, scandals, and a coach giving players "medicine"

I don't think Track has anything to do with it, I think they go strictly on enrollment for all sports. .
Things will go back to the status quo, meaning only one or two St. Louis schools will win a championship.
Class 1
Valle could.
Class 2
Lutheran North should.
Class 3
Trinity and Cardinal Ritter still look for real.
Class 4
Ladue, St. Mary's, Parkway North or Central, who knows at this point given the disparity in who could possibly be in Class 4. McCluer is getting an influx of talent from McCluer South and should be pretty peppery.
Class 5
Vianney is still loaded.
Class 6
CBC, Lindbergh, DeSmet, Hazelwood Central
Point is, I dont think it's going to be the cakewalk you think.
So? No KC team public or private will win Class 5 or 6

The number of Class 5s in Kansas City is shrinking every year. They are moving up to Class 6 because it is a liveable thriving city that has a good suburban public schools .

That changes the fact that no KC area school will win Class 5 or 6 how exactly?
KC teams have won 5 of the last 10 Class 5 Championships. What makes you so certain someone from St. Louis will be that good? St. Louis has won 4 of the last 10.
KC teams have won 5 of the last 10 Class 6 Championships.
Not sure who will step up, but many years, the KC has played 2 or 3 better teams than the St. Louis school they faced in the championship.

Yeah school choice is a good thing. It's a shame if kids in the vibrant metropolis of KC only have Rockhurst, SCA, or Kansas schools to chose from if they want a Christian education and the ability to play football.
Calvin was NOT peppery. Heck, peppery wasnt even a term when he was around here.

Smaller the sample, less accurate. Larger sample size, more predictable. You never had a statistics class I'm thinking.
Most kids only stay in HS 4 years. What happened 10 years ago isn’t relevant. KC has a grand total of 3 titles in the last 3 years between class 5&6 which is why your going back 10. Let’s just be honest here.
So three titles out of six possible is 50%...wow...matches the 10 year trend.
Do you know how many state titles Colquitt County has in the last 5 years!?? 2!!!
