Which STL County/City school will be the first to allow games in District?

My sister (and parents) live in the Rockwood school district. Based on what she has told me, they will definitely be playing this fall (at least at the onset).

I know they have people sign waivers, and you hear people say those waivers are worthless. I wonder about lawsuits a coming if you are saying it is too dangerous to come to school, but it is safe enough for sports. Obviously a double standard. Nobody wants to be in this situation, but that seems to be a can of worms legally saying to come sit at a desk is too dangerous, but you can hit and tackle and breathe on someone for 80 snaps a game. Of course if I was a real attorney I would have a nicer wardrobe and a bigger bank account.

That is kind of true but in my opinion a subset of kids playing a game outside, even a contact sport is not really the same "risk category" as having 1,500 students confined and moving about inside a building for 7 hours a day every day.
