Where are the new District Assignments?

Overall MSHSAA played it pretty safe this cycle but a few things do stick out up here in NWMO: BS South is back with the KC schools thus there is no chance of a KC vs. KC C6 title game. The BIG item there is the addition of upmover Park Hill who is probably the most loaded team in this area going into 2016. Class 5 is probably between Staley-Liberty North-Fort Osage (how odd it is to have BOTH the C5 and C6 defending champs with brand new HCs!). At this very, very early point I like the Falcons by a tad.

Class 4 is unchanged excepting Tonka moving down and joining D8. They also are going to sport a new HC. I was a bit surprised to see the State basically keep districts 5-8 the same (as a side note Camdenton moved back down and is in D5............some real interesting history there vs. Webb).

Class 3 is one I will watch most intently as I think both Hogan Prep and down moving Center will be major contenders in 2016. Yellowjackets RB Norvell Trent is KC's best kept secret and could really have a big senior season. Their district is maybe the deepest and best in this region class for class.

Nice to see the new assignments.

Mountain Grove, Mountain View, and Ava in the same district will be interesting.

Does anyone know when they will come out with the district assignments for all the other sports, volleyball, golf, tennis, etc?

Couple of my thoughts. My home school Windsor in class 1 has Appleton City, Crest Ridge, Lincoln, Lone Jack, Osceola, Skyline and Tipton. Could be a long trip for someone if Lone Jack plays either Skyline, Osceola or Appleton City. East Buc drops to class 1 and has Concordia, Mid-Buc, N. Platte, Orrick, Plattsburg, Wellington and W. Platte. Guessing they liked that some. They replaced EB in class 2 district 8 with Higginsville. Have to feel for Warrensburg in class 4 district 7. It is Hannibal, Helias, Kirksville Liberty Wentzville, Marshall, Moberly and Warrenton. Road trip for someone. Back to class 2, O'Hara is now class 2? They are with Butler, Holden, Knob Noster, Sherwood, St. Paul, Summit Christian and University Ac. Where has all of the O'Hara kids gone to?

Webb City, Camdenton, Carl Junction, West Plains, Hillcrest and Bolivar in one district. Wow.

Ohara is closing. they are building a new school to replace it but it really isn't close to where they are now. Not sure where those kids have gone, Center maybe? rockhurst for the kids that wanted to stay in private school. even so, They will have a field day in C2

Center moving down will be interesting. think physical version of Hogan.
