Where are all the Trump defenders now?

They are currently on "Stand down, stand by" status awaiting further Trump directives.
Now we know Trump did know what he was doing and he did NOT declassify them and he did NOT keep them anywhere near secure. He just tried to hide them in places so goofy he thought no one look there.
All that crap about some lackey packed the boxes and he didn't even know what was in them ain't gonna fly anymore. They say he had a hand packing lots of them and knew what they were and asked people to move them around and hide them. But he has done nothing wrong according to him.
I am glad we are getting some candidates challenging Trump. They are starting to attack Trump. Christie has done a 180 and is ripping Trump in speeches. Pence has intensified his rhetoric towards Trump. The RNC knows Trump can't win a national election. Someone has to start moving the poll numbers. The Trump cult is too stubborn and unwilling to consider anyone else. That spells trouble for the party.

He and Hunter may be in the same boat as Trump by the time the election rolls around. At least according to the House committee investigating them. They say they both got $5 million from China or Ukraine or somebody back when Biden was VP.
There are enough Trump hardliners to screw up any chance for someone else to get the nomination if he's not in prison before that time. He says he'll be running even if he is convicted. Not sure what the constitution says about that, if anything but he'll sure try it. Can he run out the clock til election time with appeals?

I just saw Kari Lake threatening gun violence if Trump is convicted and she's talking about the 75 million people that think just like her.
I just saw Bill Barr saying he defended Trump when he was wrongly accused of things but this is NOT the case now. He said Trump had no right to have these documents and the DOJ was very patient with him trying to get him to return them but he didn't, he lied about it and hid them for over a year.
What Barr said on Fox News this morning was pretty damning for Trump.
Yep and several others are saying the same kind of things about this indictment. Having the tape of him saying all the stuff about the docs and that he knew they weren't declassified. Just wonder how long he can drag it out and how the Judge they have will will treat this case.
She is nuts. There are not 75 million people like her, ready to take up guns to take the country back. Unfortunately, there are thousands, and maybe in the hundreds of thousands.
So far the House committee hasn't shown anything. There is a lot of conjecture. They got money from China or Ukraine. They don't even have their story straight as to how to attack them. I think they will get Hunter for something, but I don't think they get "the big guy."
The Trump Organization earned $200 Million from foreign countries between 2016 and 2020 with Donald himself paying $750 total in income taxes, but that is just good business!! LOL
He is tying an albatross around the neck of any Republican who wins. They will have to give him a pardon, even if it is Christie that wins. That will be a one-and-done situation, for whoever wins.
Now let me float an idea that is dumb on its face. Is there a way that Biden lets the DOJ release the charges and the evidence starts to make its way into the public, then 'for the good of the country' Biden pardons Trump? I would not think he would lose any Democratic voters, would he gain any swing voters who will think that he is trying to do the right thing for the country and not make us go through all of this? There are still multiple state charges that Trump faces, and if he ever stands to account for anything maybe one of those sticks. But why not try to score some points with the public by keeping above the fray?
How could Georgia not stick ? Fani Willis had the court clear it's docket for the 2nd half of July if memory serves me correctly.
I would think it would stick also, but I never thought he would be elected in the first place it only takes one on the jury.
Yea but if stuff like this goes to trial you get folks under oath and a bunch of discovery.

Probably not anywhere near that many but they will vote for him and that's pretty dangerous in itself.
Anybody think there is any chance they can get 12 folks on a jury in Miami that would all agree to convict Trump of anything? I see Trump has already started his stalling tactics, he has to have a lawyer from Florida to represent him and they just can figure who to get. The Judge has ordered DOJ to expedite security clearances for Trumps lawyers so they can see all the documents in evidence. I wonder how many of his lawyers can get the clearance.
