What school officials are responsible for checking out and reporting to the MSHSAA about eligibility? I believe there are questions on why students are transferring and credits passed the semester before the transfer. I'm guessing it's the Athletic Director, principal and maybe the Superintendent.

I have heard of schools not signing off on transfers who moved for " Athletic reasons".

Athletic Directors have to sign off and check the box that states "moved for athletic reasons". It goes to MSHSAA and then the other school. There is so much moving among public and private schools there really should not be a transfer rule.

Yes, by all means. If there are some that can't follow the rules, just eliminate the rules. Seems valid.
