What's the rule on requiring Non-roster players for bball?

I'm planning to take 7th, 8th, & 9th graders to Show Me Games to compete in girls basketball at the end of March. Is each team required to have a non-roster player on the court at all times (meaning one who will not be playing at the same school next year)?

I called the state about the same thing for 7-8 graders. I would call them. It gets to be complicated because of who can play with each other next year. It was a headache listening to the guy explain it.
