The FDA is expected to give approval to one of the vaccines in a few weeks. Many will argue that it was rushed, want long term testing, and don't trust the FDA. Some will say they will never take it, even though we were all given many vaccines as children. What will it take for the unvaxers?

HMMMM and I posted this in another thread the CDC is working on a model that the Vaccinated are the super spreaders because they tend to not show symptoms and thus infect people at a very high rate as Delta is more contagious than Alpha.
I heard a new one today, some people I know say they won't get the vaccine because they've heard, or read, that vaccinated people are the one's spreading the virus.

I'd say that as long as the risk of dying from C19 is under 2% for the Normal person that we have hit the wall. Again those Vax's we where given as a child where not for a virus....and as Children no one had the right to refuse being a minor. Clearly Vaxing was a parent choice. As adults people can and should decide what goes in their bodies.

18-24yr...43% are Vax
25-39yr...48%
Do you think that a small death rate in those demographics is going to spur them to get vaxed? Nope and Double Nope. As their risk is low and mostly survivable I can understand why they are not getting it.... and some non-peer reviewed studies suggest that getting the virus naturally is better for resistance than the vax....I doubt anything is going to change in the future for these groups. I mean the shaming and rebuking to get vaxed clearly has worked wonders on these groups.... LOL.
40-49yr ....57% vaxed
50-64yr....67%
65-74yr...82%
75 and up.... 78%.......I guess this demographic is not higher do to pre-existing conditions that preclude getting the vax.

I applaud how you like to fight those overcrowded hospitals and ICUs, needless medical costs that we all will eventually share, and your numerical insignificant deaths.
The death rate is 2% with all the safety measures such as social distants and mask along with work from home...ETC... that we still have in place. Take away all of that let covid do it's thing....soon all the hospitals would be over ran and more would be dieing.
What would the death rate be if nobody was wearing mask nobody was VAXed and no other percautions were in place to protect the uneducated?
Again a virus that will mutate and evolve ….70% vaxed …I’m just being a realist, no matter how much you believe that this is a easy fix with vaxing…and want to blame a certain small percentage that is far from the truth. Those cost and lives would not be different in any statistical way if we reached 100% vaxed.
Look it wouldn’t be that much higher, some but not a huge jump ….nobody is following actual protocol. You see breaches all the time, 100% of the time people are touching their mask, adjusting it without washing hands before and after. They carry mask in their pockets or have them pulled down on their chins. I’ve seen them on dashboard of vehicles, hanging off ears…and do you really believe people wash their cloth masks everyday? This is all just Safety theater. Heck I giggle to my self at how even at medical facilities the temp takers are not even close to following protocol. And don’t get me started on social distancing, that isn’t even possible if you set down at a restaurant, bar, movie theater, office waiting room. If you are there for long you will be exposed if someone has it.
They can spread it in some cases. When they get that model down get back to us. I've seen or heard NO one say vaccinated people are "super spreaders. BTW the experts say it would be great if everybody wore a mask when indoors or in close contact with others.That is not

revno......I have stated before that getting vax'd up your chances of survival. I don't see what your point is. I have stated over and over I think the smart thing to do is get vaxed. But in a free society people are allowed to make choices about their own self....people can smoke, drink, abuse prescription drugs, eat unhealthy diets, engage in dangerous leisure activities and all of these lead to premature deaths. Not getting vaxed is a risk just like all the others.
Often for the demographic that is mostly unvaxed well getting C19 is not a bigger risk than the things I mentioned. I'd like to know the break down of those 19 to get a true picture...Age, morbidity factors, how quick they sought treatment etc. If all 19 of those are in Perfect health and under 30yr went to the hospital on a timely manner then we have a problem if not then the virus is doing what it has done from the beginning.
Again I'm pro people getting the vax. I have talked people into getting vaxed.
But I 100% against forced vaxing and Nazi tactic Vax papers.....And literally forcing people to vax and show papers is the definition of fascist rule. And shaming and rebuking is disgusting and counter productive. I truly believe if people would of taken a different approach than we would be closer to 80% vaxed.....now I doubt that is even a possibility.

Well if you infect a larger than average number of people you are a super spreader......on average any Spreader of Delta infects a minimum of 6 people....infect 7 then you are a super spreader. And the Vaxed can spread just like the unvaxed in cases. So yes the vax are Super Spreaders if the circumstances lead to that. This is not complicated....the vax is not magic it is just a hedge against dying and reducing the chances of getting C19 but break through cases are happening.

Also here is a study on mask wearing a real scientific study a randomized trial, not opinion or idea's based on observational whims.
Again wear a mask if you want, I do at work it's required. I'm vaxed as well, so is MY GF, Mom, Dad, Kids etc. But the difference between me and you is I respect those who decide that the risk is not worth the reward and choose to do what they feel is best for them. I get it you are a authoritarian and controller at heart. You have no issue with imposing your will on someone else and to take away their individual freedoms.
