I obviously didn't watch or listen to the game at all which you already know. I just would have thought they win by at least 3 TDs.
Especially against a Branson team that's given up at least 4 TDs on average to their previous 4 opponents, who I don't think have as potent of an offense as CJ.
But hey, it's a crappy weather Friday which has definitely gave a lot of teams problems tonight.

If you'd have said their offense performed poorly, which can easily be a conclusion from your post, then you'd have been spot-on in agreement with Coach Buckmaster. He just called them out in the radio post game show.
Defense was superb. Branson O never really threatened the whole night. Their FG was a 3 and kick I believe after taking over deep in CJ territory on a high punt snap going over CJ punter's head.
For years many on here said CJ needed to leave the Big 8 and play larger schools. They are now, and they're 4-1 against all larger schools and leading their district.
They aren't going to be world beaters this year - they aren't consistently good on offense. They may lose at Carthage next week. But so far, really a pretty darn good start in the Large COC.

I can agree with that. I have been pleasantly surprised with how CJ has played this year. The lack of consistency, as weird as this may sound, could come from playing in a lot of unfamiliar territory, with the exception of the old Southwest Conference teams of course.
