Home of the Cubs!!
Well with the year coming to a close, I am just reflecting on what I have learned feel free to add.

  1. Webb is beatable..did not think I would see that no wait that brings up no.2
  2. Only Mshsaa could mess up the holidays, loved to sit around eat turkey and watch the games at my parents farm house, not this year no high speed internet so no games. Thanks MSHSAA!! I missed the game!
  3. Rockhurst had a bad recruiting class, I guess to many from Kansas. :D
  4. It takes MSHSAA 8 months to figure out enrollment, DESE has it done in a week? What gives?
  5. Coaches are human, who would have guessed it, they can make mistakes too!!
  6. Don't mess with WebbCity11AD...;)
  7. Also WebbCity11AD is a woman...LOL I actually knew this but guessing several did not.
  8. JoeynorhtlandoKCMO really is a Kearney fan..sorry Kearney fans..But I guess you can sleep at night know that Webb still has Hsmanica
  9. Just kidding Hsmanic you have calmed down over the years, however sometimes miss it when you could stir the pot.
  10. The board still has some life in it sort of. Were are some of the good ones...
  11. Webbma is keeping webbpa to busy to post.
  12. Stars just might matter at times, when it comes to recruiting, as not all players can be developed.
  13. MT Grove fans are never satisfied.
  14. You can lead a team to the semifinals, but complain about a few calls and you can't coach, its all talent.

Webbcuty11AD has balls to publicly slander a coach because her team lost. Oh wait...no balls.

Oh I shouldn't engage you, but I will, and in away I agree with you. I think some things were said in the heat of the moment that some or most have come to regret. In my house we have what I call a 24 hour rule, basically meaning if you are mad at somebody or about something try to wait 24 hours before you confront anybody about it. Because in that 24 hours you might actually see things differently once you have had time to think about it. I think it is possible that a coach can get excited over a big win or even a big loss and say some things that they shouldn't or be excited about somethings that later don't look as good. Again it happens in all aspects of life because after all as I have always heard football is a great game to learn lessons in life. Now both parties in this instance have since spoken and resolved the issue. So not sure why you are still mad.

Now if you want to talk about stones and manning up, why don't you post your email address on here like Webbcity11AD did and maybe just maybe you and her can work out your differences.

I have a rule too...slander and defamation aren't tolerated. You mistake things I said for anger...no sir, it is indignation. As General Stonewall said of the Yankees, "we must show them the black flag.". So too with defamers.

I think there are some deleted posts in this thread.....
Yeah Kurt I was trying to keep the overall jest of some post out of this but have some fun and lighten up the mood with some other things. But seems this one is going down fast now as it has worked it's way into this one, Oh were is the fun now days.

Not very well........LOL.......Just trying to help bullit lighten the mood....... I really like what Rock has done in the past. Great program.
I keep hearing Severino is retiring. If so, that could be the most interesting opening of them all, since they are less likely to pull coaches from the Missouri retirement system...

Yea we were treated pretty well up there last year. We were setting out the rain delay in the truck and they had people coming around in the rain to tell everyone game would start back up in 20 min or so.

Only thing I couldn't believe was that the Rockhurst crowd (except for about 50 die hard students wearing kilts) completely vanished during halftime.

Coach does it right up there. And the crowd does surprise me sometimes too. I was hearing he was going to retire when I first moved there 12 years ago. I hope I'm still doing what I love when I'm that old (experience) no disrespect.
