Are they balanced or more of a spread team. Calprwps has it 38-17 Webb. Which is about what they had for Webb City over Platte Co. And we saw how wrong that was. Very impressed with all aspects of Platte Co.

Spread team. A lot of zone read. QB now very big but quick. Good size up,front on both sides of ball. Will be a good test for WC. They were hands down the best team on the East side.

Looks like quite a few 2-way players for Ladue from watching the semifinal highlights. Some big boys on the d-line, but I didn't see much athleticism from either side of their line. We will see soon enough.

Webb will beat them by 3 touchdowns they do everything on sheer talent that wont cut it with webb.

You may be right about the score prediction, but you're totally wrong on the talent alone remark. They out-play and out-coach just about every team. Against Parkway Central they out-executed them.

Hillsboro threw some triple-option at them and Ladue limited them to 155 yards rushing. That was Hillsboro's worst total since at least three years, however they're no Webb City.

I believe Ladue has the best defensive line in the state or atleast the biggest (in Class 4).
Webb has faced some pretty salty defensive lineman the last 3 weeks. The nose guard from CJ, Harrisonville's 2 DE's, and the DE from Platte are all really good players. Ladue will have to have a very solid game plan of giving the QB different looks as to who is playing the dive, who has QB and who has pitch. If they give the same look each series, Webb will adjust and get huge gains.

They usually do have a good plan on defense and switch things around quite often. On offense for the Rams right now it'll be tough for them to get points unless they use a more aggressive gameplan. Too many wide-receiver screen passes that don't get much yardage.

Looks like they don't take a lot of chances downfield which will be good for our defense. We are very good defending the run and swing or screen passes. Although our defense has their fair share of interceptions down the field. The La Due QB does not look like he is as accurate as the PC kid.
I would say this game is within 2 tds for sure and might come down to who can execute better in the 4th quarter.

You said, "La Due". hahaha.

Actually, that may prove prophetic.

Jackson's stats don't do him justice. He's quite a good passer, especially if it's his day. Ladue has the receivers to cause Webb City enough trouble, but they haven't used them a whole lot this season because the run game usually does the job, but on Friday they'll have to air it out more often most likely. The linebackers will always have to keep an eye on him because he's a very good scrambler, but he's definitely a pass first quarterback.
