Staley is just too good. Tons of talent on the court. No knock on OP.
Nixa needed 13 3's in the first half AND a nearly 3 min scoring drought by Poo at the end of the game to win by 2 earlier in the year. Granted, that game was at Poo. But I still think Poo gets the W.
Add to that Kickapoo owes Nixa for last year the incentive definitely is there plus what a schedule they have played! Agree on that one still, for some odd reason perhaps pure rivalry, think the huge one up here will be Staley but by single digits. FYI per MSHSAA the Nixa-Poo game tips at 6 while Staley-OP is at 7.
2 great games, tough to go against Staley it should be there year. Poo is definitely due to beat Nixa, but Nixa is undefeated for a reason. Combs is just so damn good. I like Nixa in another close one but this game is truly a flip of the coin.
Gonna, like last year, stay home and (gritting teeth) pay up and watch both games tonight!
They won the key element controlling the tempo plus being able to (easily) break Nixa's press. On to an apples vs. oranges facing Lee's Summit West who I really like this year. Early prognosis is Titans by 5-10.
