Well MSHSAA, at least I can watch the IHSAA games

I watched about 5 minutes of Iowa's 8-man final a couple weeks ago. Online, no charge. Iowa Farm Bureau and Hy-Vee help pay for it. Good video, good announcers.

Did MSHSAA move to their own streaming platform because they thought they could make money at it or out of necessity because FSM no longer wanted to cover the games? Just curious who walked away from that arrangement.

If I had to bet, MSHSAA raised the price and FSM said no thanks. Enter MSHSAA.tv as plan B.

Stupid plan.

I haven't watched the streams before. Are they professional with the look of a television broadcast or is it basically the same as the citylink setups most other schools use? Trying to determine if I want to pay to watch it or just listen to Webb on the radio tonight for free.
