All fixed up. Again, this is copy and pasted from mshsaa.org, so if there's issues take it up with them. :D

Also again, this year starts the rotation over, so standard set-up with D1/D2 winner vs D3/D4 winner and D5/D6 winner vs D7/D8 winner in C1-C5 semifinals.

As far as class 4 district 5 (clearly the best and deepest in the universe) the seeds are all set except 6-7 between Mac County and Bolivar.

The most interesting storyline I know of funny enough involves Macon. They with a win will finish with the #1 seed due to their head to head win against Palmyra despite a 1-2 game difference in the W-L record. However, if they lose they would move to the #3 seed, and if Clark County is #4 they would jump Macon with their head to head win. Clark County has to be a favorite against Brookfield, and Van-Far has to be a decided underdog against South Callaway making this scenario all the more likely. Would love to hear of other districts that have intrigue.

Oh, credit to this scenario falls to @HoopsTournament from the Monroe City/Centralia thread from Friday night.

There should be some penalty for playing down a class every week. Maybe no penalty for playing down 4 times but -10 after that.

There's a #1 seed who will go in to districts without playing a single team in their class.

Sound strategery IYAM. Ease your way into your class with the #8 seed, then 4-5 seed. The anti-Leblond if you will.

Cards, you do a great job posting this district standings. Very helpful and informative. I really wish someone would post the PA standings!

Vianney at CBC looks like a fun one.

Class 5 Dist 2 is a complete toss up.
Will be interesting to see how it unfolds. Do we know, for certain, if the Pattonville/Webster game has or has not been re-scheduled? Maxpreps shows they play on Oct 20th.

While I see you’re point...when you play in a conference that is all smaller schools that would be a bit of a disadvantage

This brings back the same topic every year to me. WHY PLAY the FIRST ROUND? In Class 4 for example, only FIVE teams (out of 32) have a winning record in teams ranked 5th to 8th. Make the regular season more meaningful. Drop the first round, and let the 5th through 8 teams play an extra game. Two teams from each district would get to end on a positive note, with a win. And the good teams can move on with playoffs.

Because two more teams get to say they “made it to State” which fits much better with the “everyone’s a winner” pc culture we live in these days.

A better seeding system would need to exist before that could be a real possibility. For example, in one district the #6 seed is better than #3, but #3 played down a class or two almost every week and the point system put them in the top half of the district.

Your change would make the regular season less meaningful as more teams would play down (or at least weaker competition within their class) to make sure they qualify for the playoffs.

That's the point. When you are the only team from your class in your conference it may be time to move on (whether larger or smaller). Or at the very least, you shouldn't benefit from playing weaker competition.
