Are there any games I missed? What other games are you excited about?

I’m intrigued by the Ritter/LN game. Hagans is the best QB in Missouri this season and Ritter won’t have the implosion under center that Trinity had in Week 1. Ritter doesn’t have RBs or a run game that scares DCs, but Burden is dangerous at WR. The rest of their WR corps is really young though.

LN’s run heavy offense could keep Ritter on defense, if they can get it going ... and they have a deep and talented secondary to match Ritter’s passing attack.

Special Teams is going to be the difference. Idk if a win this early in the season will tell much about which team will win, if they meet again in Districts like they’re expected to.

When things are even I always lean with the more physical team in High School Sports. Ritter got Beat up a lil at state last year. Lutheran North's big physical front 7 should win them the game

I give the edge to Ritter. I was more impressed with Ritter's play vs Naz than LN's play against TC. Should be a great matchup.

Cant disagree Ritter's win is more impressive. Especially when you see that Trinity has a horrible QB situation (pray for them vs ESTL). Its why I have Ritter favored.

However how these teams match up I like LN for the game. Bigger and more physical on the lines with enough athletes to match up.

It’s going to be a great slate of games on Saturday. Always a treat to see that many kids that’ll be playing in college on the same field.
