It appears Penny Hardaway controls high school basketball players in Memphis. I'm not sure who controls high school basketball in St. Louis. ( Gentleman Tony Irons may be the man in St. Louis ) Jay Blossom and his Webster Grove Statesmen are going into a stack deck against national ranked Memphis East.
Memphis East has two time Mr. Tennessee basketball Alex Lomax running the show and going for their 3rd state championship in a row.
My Memphis source tells me the top high school players in Memphis are enrolling @ Memphis East and controlled by Penny Hardaway and he's no friend of Tubby Smith the coach @ the University of Memphis. An example is Memphis wanted Alex Lomax but Penny Hardaway wanted Lomax to attend Wichita State who is controlled by the Kock brothers who have 80 billion dollars in their saving account. The Kocks brothers pay the Wichita State head coaches salary to keep him in Wichita, Kansas.
Webster has scheduled up this year because of Courtney Ramey and Carter'are Gordon. Here are some of the other out of state games plus Vashon and others.
