Congrats Webb. After today's results it is pretty clear either Staley or the class 6 winner is the best team in the state.

The Staley offense is the BEST in this state and may be for the past several years. They hung 54 on Carthage WITHOUT featuring much of their real offense. It was beyond impressive...........

WC managed to hang on vs a resilient PC team despite losing an all state caliber DB mid season. I do concur it does look like Staley is the top team in the state regardless of class.

If WC can get another win next Friday that is all that really matters. From what i’ve seen of Ladue I think they are better than a lot of people seem to give them credit for and WC has some more work to do.

Ladue pushed Kearney in last year's C4 semi and it was no fluke. If they are close at half could be another photo finish.

Absolutely... Blue Springs is as good as I've seen in KC this season. What they did to a very good Park Hill team last week was impressive to say the least.

And CBC only lost narrowly to the #3 ranked team in the "upper tier" HSFB state of Tennessee. At half Blue Springs has some soul searching to do after blowing a late opportunity.............gotta stick to that run game but manage the clock better, too.

I said luck. But that was just a great pick. And the goaline stand wasn’t luck either. But man this game was on the razer edge. Funny thing. I thought PC dominated the first half. Then they won the score in the second half, but Webb ran the ball down their throats pretty good.

Well said! Both sides competed very hard and represented their schools well. One team lost and the other one moves on. Weather and officials are part of the game, no excuses. That's just football.
