Second, we have had plenty of rain this summer. The country doesn't need any more rain this year.

If you can't figure out that means there are several species that have NOT been removed.
Are you asking about a specific species of Eagle? No one has mentioned a specific species, but don't let that get in the way or you being a jerk who thinks he can play semantics, to make yourself feel better than everyone else.

Well here is the thing, google is your friend, and it looks like Bush and Obama both made changes. I am not saying it is right or wrong, I would really need to read more. But to me it looks like each President makes changes.
