WC vs. CJ Round 2

Should be close...My early guess would be 21-10 WC.
Offense
RB-edge goes to WC-Henderson runs harder and has better speed
QB-Kennedy is faster but Link is better passer and has ran the ball hard this year. Edge to Link.
OL-edge to WC-probably the weakest part of each team.
WR-speed goes to CJ-playmaker goes to Gaskill
Defense
DL-edge to CJ due to Wall. WC DL are definitely overall more agile.
LB-Not even close. Berlin a sure tackler that can go sideline to sideline. Very disciplined group.
DB-edge to WC even without Kabala. WC has created a lot of turnovers when people think they can pass.

CJ best chance to score will be on big plays where we have busted coverage. Not sure anyone has had sustained drives all year.

I watched CJs whole game tonight and was impressed with Kennedys running. I think for them to have any chance it will be up to him to read the defense and break a couple long runs. Of course I don't expect that to happen. Yeah I'm a homer but their offense just didn't look that impressive. Their defense is pretty stout and of course Wall is a beast and a handful to deal with but t I'm guessing JROD and the gang had pretty much figured out this would be the matchup weeks ago and are ready for it. I like WEBB by double digits and wouldn't be surprised by 3-4 scores.

This time around, Smitty gets to coach and set up the defense. He will, as he does week-in and week-out; call the play out to the d-fence before CJ gets a chance to snap the ball. It will take broken plays, scrambling and a lot of luck to beat Webb this Friday night. I don't think there will be any inadvertent flags, where the ball is given back to the offense after an interception. Wall, although a beast will be handled this time and Webb city boys will be ready!
